Dubliner Cheese is a robust aged cow’s milk cheese with a bit of a hard texture similar to a Cheddar. It goes from nutty to sharp to sweet – that can only come from a natural cheese made from the milk of grass-fed cows. And we use loads of it alongside plenty of fresh buttermilk to make these beautiful scones. Try these alongside a meal or a soup, these will absolutely melt in your mouth!!
