Order Processing

All orders are processed the same day they are received. For print-on-demand items, your order is sent immediately to our print partner, who begins production right away. Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product type and your location:

U.S. orders (print-on-demand): Typically 5–12 business days from order date, including production time

U.S. orders (partner/maker items): Typically 3–7 business days from shipment

International orders: Typically 10–21 business days; orders shipping from overseas may experience additional delays due to customs processing

These are estimates, not guarantees. During peak seasons (holidays, etc.), additional time may be needed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Some print-on-demand and independent maker shipments may have limited tracking depending on the carrier used.

Multiple Shipments

La Vie Bien carries products from a curated network of independent makers and print partners. Your order may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates if items are fulfilled by different partners. This is normal and not an error.

International Orders

La Vie Bien ships to many countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not within La Vie Bien's control and are not included in the order total.
