100% cotton + rice filling

 Instructions: Heat in microwave for 30 second intervals, shaking up in between heating to distribute warmth. Be careful not to overheat, rice may burn. to use cold, place in plastic bag in freezer for 1-2 hours. 

To clean, carefully spot clean and do not get wet. Removable cover can be washed on delicate cycle, lay flat to dry. not recommended for children under 5 years old.
