Returns & Refunds
All Customers
La Vie Bien is committed to your satisfaction. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out — I'll make it right.
I cannot accept returns for customized or personalized items, certain clothing (undergarments and swimwear), or items that are not in their original, unused condition.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please photograph the item and email maddie@laviebien.com within 7 days of delivery. I respond within 48 business hours. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
Please note: La Vie Bien carries products from a curated network of independent makers and suppliers. Some items ship directly from the maker and may have specific return eligibility. Any such restrictions will be noted on the individual product page.
U.S. Customers
To minimize waste, I do not offer free returns for change-of-mind purchases. If you'd like to return an eligible item, return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Original packaging and tags must be attached
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Photos are required before return authorization is granted
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
International Customers
At this time, physical returns from outside the U.S. are not accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you are still covered — please email maddie@laviebien.com with photos and I will arrange a replacement or refund.
