Besan Ladoo

A favorite family delight - Gram Flour(Besan) is roasted in home made ghee, and then right amount of sugar is added to get a true flavor of India. Once it is cool, cut in pieces to form burfi. Eat as a snack or dessert after the meal.

Ingredients: Gram Flour, Ghee (Clarified Butter), Sugar, Almonds, Pistachio (11-12 Pcs/lb)
