A potato farl is a traditional irish Potato Bread made from a large round piece of soft potato bread divided into four parts, Well ours are a version of these but we make them as individual dinner rolls for you to enjoy. They go by various names throughout Ireland  such as fadge, potato cake, potato farls, and tatie bread.
