Admittedly, I've not been as good with updating as I originally intended to be!
Happy 2018, readers. I hope you, like me, have come to the realization that "New Year's Resolutions" are best made at any time throughout the year, when you feel most driven to make healthy, important changes in your life. I made by last resolution some time in the fall last year.
My latest resolution is to let go of my inner critic. I tend to be very hard on myself with most things in life and will let myself down if I don't attain a certain goal by a certain deadline, or if I don't get everyone on the planet to like me. I don't know if it's just me getting older, but it is slowly getting easier to just slow down and let the stupid things roll off my back and focus on the more important things in life (family, health, friends, happiness).
What resolutions have you made for yourself lately?
